  • WEDDING CELEBRATION CAKES

We require a 25% deposit to secure your booking this is non refundable.

Wedding cakes : the remaining balance must be paid two weeks in advance before the cake is required.

Celebration cakes : the remaining to be paid on collection.

  • ALTERATIONS

The price quoted will not change unless you change the design or portions requirements agreed at the time of booking. We will try to accommodate any changes you wish to make and may incur additional costs. Please note that no changes can be made 4 weeks prior to delivery/collection.

  • CAKE DELIVERY AND COLLECTION

We offer a delivery service for both Wedding and Celebration cakes subject to availability and would advice to book in advance. This will incur an extra charge depending to where you would like it delivered to.

Please note that the cake becomes the responsibility of the venue or whom the cake has been handed over to. If you wish to collect the cake , the cake will be in a transportation box and any other information regarding your cake will be passed on to yourself. We will arrange a time of collection a week before collection 0900hrs – 1800hrs Monday to Friday and 0900 – 1300 hrs on Saturday.

Please note – cakes on leaving Aria’s Cakes premises become the clients responsibility and we are not liable for any damages.

  • ALLERGIES & SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

Please contact us to discuss any allergy or special dietary requirements.

Cakes can be made gluten free/ egg free/ nut free/alcohol free by request but please BE AWARE that although these ingredients are removed from the cakes we cannot guarantee that any of our cakes are completely free of all traces for people who are highly sensitive, as the cake is made in an environment that handle nuts and gluten.

  • BEST BEFORE DATE

For freshness we recommend you consume your cake within 72 hours to preserve its taste.

Before the event – the cake must be stored away from direct sunlight and heat in the box provided.

After the event (if you have any left) We recommend storing your cake in either a refrigerator or an air tight container

  • PROBLEMS

Here at Aria’s Cakes we take pride in what we create and if you have any concerns about your cake please say so upon collection/delivery so that we have the opportunity to rectify it. Upon leaving Aria’s Cakes if you have a complaint please contact us within 24hrs and you must have 75% uneaten cake for us to asses the nature of complaint.

  • RETURN AND EXCHANGES

We don’t accept return, exchanges or cancellations, unless there’s a breach of contract from our part. Please contact us within 24 hours .

Exchanges can be made in case of breach of contract from our part

DELIVERY / PROCESSING TIME

The time we need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. For details, please contact us.

  • PRIVACY

None of your personal details that we hold will ever be passed onto any third party without your permission. If you wish your details to be removed please inform us. We don’t hold or store any bank or card details on our data base.
