Ingredients: flour, butter, sugar, golden syrup, EGG POWDER, cream tartar,ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and bicarbonate of soda. 
 
 
The gingerbread has a long shelf life, 3 months, with time, the spices will mature, and it'll be even more delicious.
