Aria’s Cakes was born from a lifetime of tradition, sensory memory, and a love of creating moments that linger. Born in Italy, Tuscany...I grew up in a home where food was woven into family life, recipes passed down through generations, celebrations around the table, and flavours that carried stories. Visits to Germany and Switzerland added another layer of inspiration: snowy villages, timber-framed houses, and the charm of European Christmas markets, all of which now influence my work.
Years in high-end hospitality refined my eye for detail and reinforced a simple belief: true craftsmanship is felt as much as it is seen. When I became a mother, a magical Christmas with my young daughter crystallised my purpose to create not just beautiful bakes, but moments of wonder that people can hold onto.
Today, she works alongside me, helping ensure every creation leaves the studio with the warmth, precision, and magic Aria’s Cakes is known for.
From bespoke celebration cakes and artisan biscuits to immersive gingerbread experiences, each creation is designed to connect people and make memories. I am always open to collaborations, commissions, and creative projects.
