As a child, I was taught etiquette, grace, and the quiet art of making others feel cared for.
From my earliest days, I watched family members work with quiet dedication in the world of high-end hospitality, a world where precision, warmth, and excellence were second nature. My husband, too, shares that same professional heritage. Together we’ve spent a lifetime immersed in the art of service, where perfection isn’t an ambition, it’s simply the standard.
This upbringing shaped my understanding of what it means to care. Not just to make something beautiful, but to make it with intention, heart, and respect for those who will experience it. It taught me that true craftsmanship is born from love and discipline, a blend of artistry and precision that only time-honoured recipes and traditions can teach.

On my mother’s side, I was surrounded by another kind of excellence, one born of creativity and expression. I grew up listening to world-class singers and watching painters and dancers fill our home with colour, movement, and emotion.
From them I learned that artistry isn’t just talent, it’s emotion made visible. It’s in the way you hold a brush, or in my case, a piping bag. It’s the care you take to make something feel special even before it’s tasted.

Today, she plays a vital role in the business, overseeing packaging and quality control; ensuring that every order leaving our workshop carries the same love, care, and excellence that have defined our family for generations.
Watching her continue this tradition fills me with pride. It reminds me that what began as a family heritage isn’t just a memory. It’s alive, growing, and passed lovingly from one pair of hands to another.
